Our site uses "cookies" to distinguish you from other users of our site. A cookie is a small text file that helps us to make your visit to our site more enjoyable and meaningful to you. For example, cookies avoid you having to log in every time you come back to our site. Cookies also help us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our site and allow us to improve our site. We use the following different types of cookies:
- a "session" cookie; this is stored in your computer's working memory and only lasts for your browsing session. When you close all your browser windows, or when you shut down your computer, the session cookie disappears forever.
- a "persistent" cookie; this is stored on your computer's hard drive until a specified date, which could be tomorrow, next week, or 10 years from now. Persistent cookies stay on your computer until either: a) they expire; b) they are overwritten with newer cookies; or c) you remove them.
We may allow other companies to display advertisements on our site. To do this, an advertiser will place a persistent cookie on your computer. This allows the advertiser to recognize your computer each time you view an online advertisement. In this way, advertisers may compile information about where you saw their advertisements and determine which advertisements have been clicked on. This information allows an advertiser to deliver advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. We do not have access to or control of the cookies that may be placed by an advertiser. These cookies do not allow the advertiser to collect personal data from the user.
Your browser can be configured not to accept cookies, however, this may prevent you from having access to certain functions or features of our site.
