A race weekend is much more than just the action you see on TV - it's made up of thousands of moments to which only the team crews are privy. We asked Sergio Perez's number 1 mechanic, Andrew McLaren, to share a few snapshots of his Russian GP experience in the first of our "My Race Weekend" features.
