Our preparations for the home Grand Prix in Silverstone UK continued in the final free practice session this morning. Tonio Liuzzi and Adrian Sutil completed a total of 31 laps over the hour, with Adrian posting the 15th quickest time and Tonio the 18th. Moving through a programme of tyre comparisons and set-up work the duo were sitting in the top ten for a large part of the session, however Adrian’s session was brought to a premature halt with a minor engine issue.
While the team is still investigating the cause, no problems are anticipated for qualifying.
